There is nothing that compares to a Caribbean cruise it’s enchanting. One of my favorites is the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line it’s like a floating Timeshare.

The water and the sand seem to set your mind at ease some other good ones are Celebrity Cruises, Carnival, Norwegian Cruise Line and Holland America Line to name just a few. You can even take a Caribbean cruise with your exchange power just make sure your resort offers this type of exchange.

The Timeshare groups that work with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line make any Caribbean cruise very expensive and it will eat up your points or your exchange power more so then if you just buy your cruise tickets yourself so keep this in mind before you go and fork over your Elysian Beach Resort.

Marketing Company’s

This is a separate entity and is relied upon to market the developer’s or the owner’s property. Some developer’s have their marketing team do the on-site and off-site marketing and some hire a separate company to market and manage the marketing.

Mini Vac or promo weeks allow the developer to place a prospective purchaser into a Mini vacation to sell them new inventory or vacation ownership by showing them what timeshare life is all about.

Right to Use or Lease / Leasehold deeded ownership of timeshare is not legal in all states or in some parts of the world so the ownership allows the owner to use a timeshare as a lease or right to use.

Banking your time is to trade your week with another member to use a week of there time with the same exchange power for your vacation at a different resort location.

Even or Odd your time is only given on the even or odd years.

Lockout or Lock off if you have a door that separates the unit and there are two different ways to enter the two units then you have a lockout or lock off.
