page reflects the resorts and or vacation memberships and or point
systems located in the state of Arizona points can still buy
exchange. If you have a Club/Trust Membership this will allow you
the owner the use your resort and the resort amenities anytime of
the year. This space can be limited. Some of the memberships are
deeded and some are not laws vary on ownerships.
Blue week this is a
low demand week and counts the same as an Interval International’s
Green week.
Bonus Weeks are
great you can buy them direct from the exchange company but be ready
you are there because they want you to buy up this resort or
membership.
Flex or Floating
Week the trick to Flex Time is to pay your maintenance fees as early
as possible to get the best out of this membership.
Multiple week owner
or Fractional owner owns more then one week a year at the same
resort or vacation membership.
